Refund Policy

1. Deposits & Booking Fees

To confirm a booking, a deposit may be required. Your move is not guaranteed until the deposit is received and confirmed in writing.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled move are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit, at the company’s discretion.

2. Payments

  • Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay.

  • Any unpaid balance may be subject to late fees or collections.

3. Refunds for Services Not Rendered

If Movexus LLC is unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to company error (e.g., truck or crew fails to arrive), you are entitled to a full refund of any prepaid amount.

4. Damage Claims

Any claims related to damage or loss must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the move. Such claims will be handled according to our valuation coverage terms and insurance policy, not through refunds.

5. Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute, please contact our customer service team at info@movexusmoving.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
