Refund Policy
1. Deposits & Booking Fees
To confirm a booking, a deposit may be required. Your move is not guaranteed until the deposit is received and confirmed in writing.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled move are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit, at the company’s discretion.
2. Payments

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

We accept major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay.

Any unpaid balance may be subject to late fees or collections.
3. Refunds for Services Not Rendered
If Movexus LLC is unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to company error (e.g., truck or crew fails to arrive), you are entitled to a full refund of any prepaid amount.
4. Damage Claims
Any claims related to damage or loss must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the move. Such claims will be handled according to our valuation coverage terms and insurance policy, not through refunds.
5. Disputes
In the event of a payment dispute, please contact our customer service team at info@movexusmoving.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
