Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all services provided by Movexus LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our") to any client ("Customer", "you", "your"). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Services Provided

Movexus LLC offers residential and commercial moving services, including local and long-distance moves, packing, loading/unloading, storage, and transportation of goods.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation by Movexus LLC.

3. Booking and Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or other accepted methods listed on our website.

  • A service is only considered booked once confirmed in writing by Movexus.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled move are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling is allowed based on availability and must be confirmed in writing.

5. Liability and Limitations

  • Movexus LLC is not liable for damage to items packed by the customer.

  • Our liability is limited to $0.60 per pound per article unless additional valuation coverage is purchased.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure clear access to loading and unloading areas.

  • Notify us in advance of any fragile, high-value, or special-care items.

  • Be present during the move to confirm inventory and sign documentation.

7. Insurance

Movexus LLC carries general liability and cargo insurance. If you require full coverage for your items, it is your responsibility to arrange third-party insurance.

8. Storage (if applicable)

  • Storage services are available upon request and subject to separate terms.

  • Monthly storage fees apply. Items not retrieved within 90 days may be subject to removal or disposal.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, CA.
